The Old Fashioned has been considered an “old fashioned” cocktail for over a hundred years. It’s making a bit of a revival but isn’t a modern cocktail. However, it’s easy and tasty and worth having every now and again.

- No sugar cubes? No problem. You can use simple syrup instead.
Simple Syrup is so easy to make yourself. In a saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat & allow to cool.
