  • Oils (avocado, coconut, olive, and sesame)
  • Nuts
  • Seeds

Step 5: Power Up with Protein

Protein is often the star of a meal, but in a bowl? It’s just another great element. Great protein choices include:

  • Beans (black beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc.,)
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Fish (salmon, shrimp, tuna, etc.,)
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Meat (beef, chicken, pork, etc.,)
