  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 8 Mint Leaves, fresh

  • 2 to 3 oz Club Soda

  • 2 oz Rum, light

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • Garnish Ideas
  • Mint Sprig

  • Lime Slices / Wedges

Directions

  • In a mixing glass, add sugar, mint leaves, and a splash of club soda.
  • Muddle until fragrant and sugar has dissolved.
  • Add lime juice & rum.
  • Stir well to mix.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour (or strain) cocktail into glass.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish & Enjoy.

Notes

  • Most mojitos are served with the muddled mint (and a couple of juiced lime wedges) in them. However, some people don’t enjoy drinking those bits. Feel free to strain if you want.
